Experimental Measurement and Evaluation of the Noise Generated by Three Transmissions by Synchronous Belts of Type AT10, BAT10 and SFAT10

چکیده

Synchronous belt drives combine the advantages of simple (flat, trapezoidal or ridged) due to their low weight, maintenance, large linear speed ranges and high transmission ratios with chains: absence sliding, synchronized speed, tensioning, etc. Thanks toothing which enters corresponding one synchronous pulleys, there is direct power without sliding as between two gears. This article develops an experimental study makes it possible see influence angular engine torque setting tension on impact noise teeth pulley during meshing vibrations free strands belt. We have measured generated by three transmissions belts type AT10, BAT10 SFAT10.
